VNCAP has recently signed an MOU and an Agreement with an HIV/AIDS research doctor to build a center for handicapped, homeless, orphans and hiv/AIDS children and individuals in Binh Duong province, 54 miles NW of Saigon [Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam. Dr. Tran Cao Sang has donated two 5 Hectare parcels of land [approxomately 25 acres] valued at over $4 million USD. VNCAP needs your help to enusre that this project will be complete to serve the needy children of VN.
